At Sigvaris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are unworn and in their original packaging, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely seal the box with the return shipping label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the goods.
